Q. How Does Home Meal Preparation Work?
A. I come to your home then we talk about your likes and dislikes, and then I develop a menu based upon your preferences. I buy the groceries on the scheduled cooking day to ensure your food is composed of the freshest seasonal ingredients, fruits and vegetables, finest quality meats and seafood.
I provide my own top-of- the line equipment. Your delicious meals are freshly prepared in your own kitchen, then packaged and labeled with heating instructions. When I'm finished, you refrigerator will be filled with tasty, fabulous meals for you and your family or guests.
Q. Cost of Service
A. All packages include initial client consultation, a customized menu plan, grocery shopping, as well as pantry items such as dried herbs and oil, in-home meal preparation, food packaging complete with labeling and heating instructions and kitchen clean up.
Q. Do I have to be home when you cook?
A. No, you do not have to be home on your scheduled cook date as long as appropriate arrangements are made in advance for me to gain access to your home.
Q. How long will you be in my kitchen?
A. That depends on how many meals and the menu that has been selected for the cook date. Typically, the service takes about 4-5 hours from start to finish. I usually arrive between 9:00 am and 10:00 am.
Q. How often to you have to come to my home?
A. Depends on the service you selected I can come one day in the week, every two weeks or once a month.
